When we have younger children we sometimes imagine a magical land where we won't be as busy, we will be well-rested and we'll be less stressed. We get to the teen years and realize that this magical land was only a dream. As our nest evolves, our list often gets longer and the demands of parenting, jobs, and staying healthy wear us out. When you are only showing up as the C- version of yourself, instead of the Amazing A+ version of you, EVERYTHING suffers! You've been on this oath for a while...at least 13 years...which means it's time to do something about it NOW!

 

What if you started to embrace new habits and new ways of being, that got you closer to the life you desire and closer to being the mom you want to be remembered as…to the point that, eventually, it's just your new normal. Sounds good, right?

 

 

 

What has us feeling less than A+?

 

 

Life has a way of creeping up on us. Circumstances cause us to lose sight of who we once were and forget how we want to show up in life. How many of these things sound familiar?
 

  • Parenting teens has you feeling stressed-out and sometimes defeated.
